Partner organizations of the EGERA project have prepared, under the guidance of the University of Antwerp, a charter for gender-sensitive communication both within academic institutions and in communication with the outside world.
Among other things, the organizations within the charter undertake to promote respect for human dignity and social responsibility, eliminate all forms of discrimination and use gender-sensitive language at all times when communicating. The charter will be signed by all partner organizations and is one of the key outcomes of the EGERA project. The GCRC Director, prof. Michal V. Marek, signed the document as one of the first signatories on 4th December 2015. The English version of the charter can be downloaded here.
