The Global Change Research Institute CAS (CzechGlobe), emphasizes on Human Resource management and maintenance of the international standard of employee care in its development strategy.
Our employees are considered to be one of the most important pillars of our Institute and we believe that good relations between researchers and the employer contribute to mutual growth from every aspect. Therefore, we keep on applying modern practices and principles in the development of Human Resources and building a motivational environment.
As a result of these efforts, the HR Excellence in Research award was grated to our Institute. We have been a proud holder of this award since October 2019.
This achievement was naturally following the successful EGERA project.
In an effort to apply the concept of modern Human Resource Management in the scientific environment, we build on national standards such as the Code of Ethics for Researchers of the Czech Academy of Sciences and international standards for quality rules in Human Resources management and development in science and research – European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
