Professor Michal V. Marek was a guest of the Studio CT 24 and Dvacet minut Radiožurnálu (Twenty minutes of Radiozurnal) on Friday 11th December 2015. At the time when the participants of the climate summit in Paris had temporarily postponed an agreement on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, he was contemplating whether and also how optimistic visions will be reflected in the final draft of the document and whether this document will include the method of checking compliance with the agreed obligations and possible sanctions.
