Research Focus
Area of micrometeorology and agricultural science. Main focus on measurement of water fluxes from agricultural landscape (sap flow, eddy covariance, Bowen ratio energy balance method). Management, analysis, interpretation and publication of data outputs. Technical support for a network of meteorological weather stations and other infrastructure at the experimental measurement sites accross the Czech Republic and Austria.

Important research visits and fellowships
2019 – 2020 – scholarship from programme Support for perspective human resources of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
2015 – two weeks internship at the Centre of Excellence Plant & Vegetation Ecology (PLECO), at Universiteit Antverpen, Antverp, Belgium. A lecture about my work within CzechGlobe was given to fellows from PLECO.
2012 – scholarship within the project AKTION – 3 months study project at BOKU university, Vienna, Austira
2012 – 2014 – US, North Carolina State University, 5 study trips or measuring campaigns, 3 months in total.
2007 – 2008 – 10 months of Erasmus fellowship, UPV Valencia, Spain
